Our Staffing Resource Team

Rainbow’s staffing resource team can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Speak to a live representative of our team and they will assist you in finding the appropriate personnel for advance or last minute staffing needs. General inquiries and concerns can also be answered. Requests for personnel can also be accommodated online by completing the Service Request Form. Online requests can be made in advance by completing the form.

All employees of Rainbow Nursing Registry Ltd. are highly trained and skilled individuals. With a growing family of over 400 healthcare professionals, all of our staff are experienced professionals that specialize in various aspects of the medical profession. Rainbow takes pride in the selection of their employees and goes through an extensive hiring process to ensure the quality and performance of each personnel. Before hiring, each RN and RPN applicant is carefully screened, as well as licenses confirmed through the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Our Personal Support Workers (PSW) are graduates of reputable colleges, obtaining certificates of completion and a wide variety of practical experience. Once selected, all employees must adhere to the registry’s policies and procedures, as well as the standards of practice outlined by CNO. Furthermore, the staff are encouraged on a ongoing basis to develop their nursing skills through continuation of education.
